Talpike measures every rep against your real commercial environment, your ICP, your value proposition, your actual sales motion, and shows you exactly where they are ready and where they are not. Then it stays in the workflow: reps bring live opportunities in, sharpen the pitch against the real account, and improve the motion before they ever face the customer.
You feel who is strong and who is not. Feeling is expensive, and it is invisible until a deal is already lost.
You move through a loop, not a checklist. It runs every week, on your real deals.
Fill out one intake. Your ICP, value proposition, sales motion, and real objections become the environment every rep is measured against. Takes about fifteen minutes.
Each rep runs live cold call and demo pitch sessions against your environment. They get a scored breakdown across every competency. You get a scoreboard of who is ready and who is not.
A rep brings a live opportunity in, uploads the real notes, and practices against a battle plan built to your standard before the call. This is the part that keeps working long after the first assessment.
Every session feeds the record. Gaps get named, progress gets tracked, and the rep sharpens the motion on the next real deal. Then the loop runs again.
This is why it is a subscription and not a test. The value compounds every week your team is in it.
One platform for the whole loop, from first readiness check to weekly deal preparation.
Reps qualify a live prospect against your environment and earn the right to advance, over a timed voice call with a gatekeeper in the way.
Route, walk through, price, and lock the next step across the full discovery to close motion, scored on how it is actually run.
Every rep's sessions and scores across both trainers, in one place, so readiness is visible at a glance instead of guessed.
Upload the real notes on a live opportunity and generate a plan to your standard for the rep to rehearse against before the call.
Team-wide strengths and gaps, per-rep competency drill-downs, and progression over time, with coaching summaries that name the exact thing to work on.
Heard something tough on a real call? Add it, so every rep on your team practices against the objections your buyers actually raise.
Every plan is measured against your own environment. Start your team on the standard, then add the loop.
Talpike Ready is currently offered to a limited set of teams. Your reps are measured only against your own environment, and your intake, sessions, and opportunity notes are never shared across accounts.
Teams that want to run to a standard instead of managing by opinion.
Know what each rep can actually do against your real motion, not against a generic script.
Get your sales function to run to a standard without you coaching every call.
Replace opinion with a record: who is strong, where the gap is, and how fast they are closing it.
Ramp against your real environment before touching a live account, and see exactly what to fix.
Onboard and level up new reps on the same standard your proven ones are held to.
Most tools test a rep once, against a scenario that is not yours. Talpike does neither.
We score reps against your ICP, your value proposition, your objections, and the deals they actually run. Not a stock scenario from someone else's playbook.
Verification is the entry point. The recurring value is deal-by-deal preparation and week-by-week improvement that lives inside your team's workflow.
The battle plan engine turns a live account's real notes into a plan your rep can rehearse against before the call. That is preparation, not roleplay theatre.
Not "Jane is good." Instead: where Jane is strong, where she is weak, and how far she has moved, session by session. Demonstrated capability, not a personality label.
It measures a rep's demonstrated sales capability against your own commercial environment, your ICP, value proposition, sales motion, and objections, verifies whether they are ready before they face a live customer, and then keeps improving that capability deal by deal. Verification is the entry point. Continuous, deal-level coaching is the recurring value.
No. Talpike Ready measures demonstrated capability against your environment and helps reps improve it. It does not predict revenue or guarantee outcomes. What a rep achieves in a live deal depends on many factors we do not control. We measure and coach capability. We do not promise results.
It can be used at hiring to see whether a candidate can perform against your real sales motion, but that is one entry point. Most of the value is with the reps you already have, every week, as they prepare for real deals and improve over time.
Roleplay tools score a rep against a generic scenario. Talpike Ready scores against your ICP, value proposition, sales motion, and real objections, adds deal-specific preparation on your live opportunities through the battle plan engine, and keeps a record of each rep's competencies and progression over time.
A short intake, about fifteen minutes: what you sell, who you sell to, your value proposition, your sales motion, and the objections you hear. That becomes the environment every rep is measured and coached against.
No. Each account is measured only against its own environment. Your intake, sessions, scores, and opportunity notes are confidential to your account and are never shared across accounts or with other clients.
You register, complete the intake, and your reps can begin running scored sessions against your environment shortly after. The more complete your intake, the sharper the environment your team is measured against.
Sales leaders, founders, and managers who want their team to run to a standard without managing by opinion, and who want new hires to ramp against the real environment before touching a live account.
Set up your environment, measure every rep against it, and let the loop improve them every week.

Talpike Ready is a sales capability platform. It measures reps against a commercial environment you define, runs scored practice sessions, generates coaching and analytics, and supports deal-level preparation. Our deliverables are analytical and training tools, not professional advice.
Talpike Ready measures and coaches demonstrated sales capability against your stated environment. It is not a management consulting firm, recruiting agency, investment advisor, or legal advisor. It does not predict revenue, hiring outcomes, or deal results. Hiring, staffing, and commercial decisions remain yours.
Talpike does not guarantee sales results, quota attainment, hiring success, or any specific commercial outcome. Capability scores reflect demonstrated performance against your stated environment and should be treated as one input among many in your decisions.

Basic and Growth are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees for the current period are non-refundable once the service has been made available for that period.
The Certified program is a flat monthly program that includes custom work and dedicated preparation. Fees for a program month are non-refundable once work for that month has begun. You are never obligated to renew.
Access to the platform, the generation of your environment, and any custom program work involve dedicated resources that cannot be recovered once provided. A rep scoring low is a valid and valuable finding, not grounds for a refund.
Refunds will not be issued based on capability scores or on the eventual outcome of any hiring, staffing, or commercial decision. The deliverable is the measurement and coaching, not a guaranteed business result.
