We may collect contact information (name, email, organisation), the details you share when you enquire or engage us, asset and equipment data gathered in the course of an engagement, and standard website usage information.
We use information to respond to enquiries, to deliver and maintain your asset register, and to meet our obligations to you. We do not use your account or asset data for any purpose beyond serving your engagement.
Asset data, photographs, and records gathered for your register remain yours and can be exported to you on request. Your information is treated as confidential and is not shared with other clients.
We do not sell or trade your information. We share it only with the service providers strictly necessary to deliver the service, under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.

This website describes Talpike's asset register and capital asset management services. Information on it is provided for general guidance and may be updated at any time.
Talpike establishes and maintains asset registers and coordinates capital asset work, delivered on the Teneten Asset Register (TAR) platform. The scope, deliverables, and commercial terms of any project are defined in the engagement agreement for that project.
The Talpike name and marks, the content of this website, and the underlying platform and methodology are the property of their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission. Clients receive the rights to their own asset data and to use the service as set out in their engagement agreement.
